Refund Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
If Redrive is not working out, you get your money back. Whether it's a first purchase or a renewal, every charge is refundable in full for 14 days from the day it was made, no questions asked.
How to get a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Orders are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method, typically within a few business days, though banks can take up to ten to show it.
What happens after
We deactivate your license and your installs revert to the free tier, which keeps working; a refund never bricks the tool. Nothing you have set up changes: everything Redrive works with lives on your machines, not ours.
Refunds and cancellation are different things
Canceling stops future charges and leaves paid features running until the end of the period you already paid for. A refund reverses a charge that already happened. If an annual renewal went through and you meant to cancel, the 14-day window covers that too; just write in.
Your statutory rights
This policy adds to, and never limits, whatever refund and withdrawal rights consumer law gives you where you live.
A word on chargebacks
A refund from us is faster and cleaner than a card dispute. If something looks wrong on your statement, write to [email protected] first; worst case, you get the same refund without the paperwork.
